Hi everyone! I've browsed through this site before, but never registered. But now I need your support!
My name is Jessy and I'm 28 (turning 29 next month). I've struggled with weight issues all my life. 5 months ago, I was 140 lbs. I'm now up to 157 after a nasty break up of a 6 year relationship. I need to reach my ideal weight of 135!
I've been reading the Raw Food Detox Diet book by Natalia Rose, which I find absolutely amazing. So my eating habits right now are very much about fruits, veggies, raw nuts, whole grains, etc etc. My major problems are with CRAVINGS and I've struggled with binge eating as well.
I need to get serious about me and my health and today is a fresh start and a brand new day! I don't know my way around the forums yet, so I'm open to any suggestions, tips, advice. All is highly appreciated.
