New to posting, many times a dieter
Hi all- I am taking my first risk weight loss wise, which is suppose to help me meet my goals. I have tried so many times to lose weight. Some times I actually do and have gotten to 147, but most of thet time (last three years) I have not gotten out of the 150s to my chagrin.
I am trying to also take on yoga at my local gym for a destresser and balance to my job, parents, friends and lack of boyfriend leading to lack of - husband and then kids. I am okay with these things things lacking, but my self confidence is in the basement bathroom (although here in Florida we don't have true basements but you get my drift.) And that is not okay.
Work wise I am confident and due to the social nature of my job, I simply do what I got to do. Get R done, all that stuff. I think that sums up a lot. BTW, my dog, a sweet basset hound is a happy and loving part of my life for the past 7 1/2 years. And yes she is 7 1/2, althought the puppy years weren't always great, but that is a different message board, right?
I ate just less than 1550 cal and my fat, fiber and protein was on track according to my spark app on my droid.
Happy Saturday!
