Hi Everyone!
I'm new to 3FC though I have been roaming around the site for a few days. I am currently around 170-175 pounds and 5'8.5 (can't get the 1/2 inch!). I'm looking to lose about 25-30 pounds. Just like everyone here I'm hoping to lose this in the fastest, most healthiest way possible.
I have opted to try calorie counting. I began this on August 19th, 2010 and will be consuming about 1300-1400 calories daily. I will likely be updating my status quite often as I get cranky here and there and use food to comfort me.
