Hey everyone, here just to have a bit of support in the hard times im pretty sure are coming. Right now im exactly one week into my new diet&exercise regimen and decided it was time i register rather than just creeping through all the threads here >not exactly following any diet just really counting calories and trying to stay around 1200 a day and ive been doing jillian michaels 30 day shred and some spinning. I started at 206pounds

and have lost 3 so far, so ive got quite a way to go to my first goal of 170, final goal is 140-150! heres hoping i can keep it up
