I'm not really new to the site. I've been a member for a few weeks now. I finally got sick of reading everyones goals and reading about reaching those goals and finally decided to get off the coach and make my own goals. So here is my new intro....
I'm Jennifer and I'm 32 yrs old. I've been overweight most of my life but after the birth of my two daughters it really got out of control. I weigh 211 and lately I have been having trouble breathing at night. I know now that now is the time to do something. My weakness is soda and not eating. I really don't eat much at all. All I do is drink soda and once in awhile snack on something when I feel hungry. My long term goal is to weigh 145. My short term goal right now is to give up the soda and start eating 3 meals a day and 2 healthy snacks and drink plenty of water. I would like to walk 4 miles a day as well. That's hard because I have a 2 and 3 yr old that are home with me all day so finding the time for that will be difficult but I'm working on finding a solution. Thanx everyone =)
