Hello. Wow it's been years. 3FC has been so good to me in the past, and since I'm back on the wagon thought maybe I'd come back.
I had gone from 193 to 142 last time I was 'round here! Reached and exceeded my goals! Dun dun dun, then I gained it allllll back. Then when I got back to 193 I became pregnant (planned) and got up to 236. Well I am down to 195 now (my daughter is 14 months old). I've been back to it for 2 weeks now. Doing cardio every day (boy am I out of shape). Using FitDay, being meticulous about recording calories, and staying between 1200 to 1700. And I'm adding some strength training in this week. Got it all going. I definitely need the support.
Ok, so here are my main problems. The scale. I'm a compulsive weigh-er in-er. Morning, noon and night, maybe twice a night. I'm having my husband hide the scale because it affects my mood and that's not good, because it can make me give up or over do it. Just wanted to get that issue out int he open, I'm sure I'm not alone.
Anyway. I wanted to say hello, and (re)introduce myself. I'm so excited to be back!
Welcome back and glad you are back, I understand about the scale issues I have been having the same problems and I am trying to work it out somehow. If you find out the secret let us know please

I am brand new here. I totally know what you mean about the scale. My plan which I started yesterday was to weigh myself only on Saturdays....got on it today!! It totally affects you....maybe hiding it is a good idea.
