Hi ladies,
I'm happy to hear from all of you!

How's the weekend treating everyone?

Peg - that's a lot of weight in three months! You must have really worked hard!

Aubrey - Keep up the good work! It is definitely hard to pass up goodies sometimes! Honestly, the thing that makes it easiest for me is thinking, "That brownie (cookie, ice cream, etc) would be delicious...but it probably has 500 calories (at minimum, lol) and it would take an hour on the treadmill just to work that off! Is it worth it?" And the answer is always no. Call me lazy, lol, but avoiding having to work off extra calories is my biggest deterrent!

My weekend has gone pretty well. I ate at a pizza buffet for lunch yesterday, but then countered the high calories with a salad and fruit for dinner. Down to 169.5 today. STILL haven't exercised though! Haven't slept well this week, and have just felt too drained to take my carcass to the gym. lol

How are you all doing?

I messed up BIG time yesterday....my husband had bought FROSTED FLAKES for the kids and I told him to take it with him when he left to work for the weekend, but all he did was push it back in the pantry (he thought I couldn't reach because I'm in a wheelchair w/a broken leg)...well I figured out how to get it out and had FOUR BOWLS yesterday!!!! I did stay under 1200 calories though, but still, my stomach is totally bloated and I didn't have a lot of energy. I wish we had some way of storing foods that I shouldn't be eating right now...but that is a bit ridiculous and I know I just need to learn to have some willpower!

It happens! Cereal is so addictively delicious. Don't let it discourage you! Get back on that wagon. And, four bowls of cereal is better than four bowls of a LOT of other possible things!

Welcome to the group!
I'm at 171 today...but I know I've been good, so I'm going to consider it water weight, and give it a few days. I can taste the 160's!

OK ladies...where have you gone?
I'm still hovering around 169 today.
How's everyone's progress coming along?
I've been super good about my eating this week....still need to bump up the exercise though. It'll be Thursday at the earliest before I have free time for it.
Looking forward to your updates!

Hello Ladies!!
i haven't been weighing in but am feeling pretty good. i've been super active this week and am feeling very energetic. i havne't stuck to my plan like glue but am doing pretty well as far as food goes. i really think i was overeating more when i was weighing in daily bc i was discouraged. i'm really liking this not weighing approach (for me!)
how's everyone else doing?
