I'm a Newbie!!!

  • Hi everyone. I’m a newbie to 3FC and I’m excited about it. Everday I tell myself I’ve got to do better with my diet and exercise and everyday I don’t listen to myself. I’m at an all time high of 337lbs and my size 24s are just a little too tight for comfort. It's definetly time to see the scale go in the opposite direction of what its been doing. Last week I started back on an exercise routine and I working on getting my diet on track. I want to be 299lbs by my b-day in October so I better get started. There’s lots of support here I know I can benefit from.
  • Welcome

  • Have you looked into to going to an Overeaters Annonymous meeting? You can find one on line. I have been going for 18 months and it helps me a lot.
    Good luck to you.
  • I'm new too!
I'm really enjoying reading people's posts and seeing the success stories. Good luck!
