Life after baby
Hi everyone my name is Courtne. I'm almost 19, and just gave birth to my son a little over 7 weeks ago threw a c-section. So now trying to lose weight which got a late start due to surgery and infection afterward etc. So better late than never. Today is my first day doing MT 6 Week Body Makeover, so we'll see how it goes considering I switched the exercises to target additional problems not targeted in my "18 minute workout" which I think is going to take longer than 18 minutes. Also started P90X, but I find myself not wanting to do that because I can hardly do a damn push up and half the stuff is doing some kind of awkward push-up which at this point is impossible so I find myself not completing much of the video because I can't. Goal as of now is to loose 50 pounds, and more if I have too. I want a flat stomach and wish to drop 3-4 pant sizes. So I am now embarking on my journey to not be a "fat chick."
