I LOVE the 30 Day Shred, it is awesome. I am right addicted to level 3 that I am now doing.. I haven't lost anything yet but haven't been watching too much yet what I am eating, trying to now though. I have noticed alot of muscle gain tho so that is probably why I am not noticing weight loss just yet.
I was doing The Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start for a while a few months back and enjoyed it, and I may get back into that as well but I am right now hooked on this one.
Which BL workouts are you doing?
