Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement. I slipped a little last night and ate ice cream, my will power was really low. Does anyone have any strategies for fighting off cravings? I tried having a cup of coffee w/splenda and doing something else but that ise cream kept nagging at me so finally I gave in.
On the bright side, I'm back on track today and not beating myself up.
