Wow, thanks for the great welcome everybody! I knew I was right to finally quit lurking.
As for my food plan, I guess I'm on what constitutes a low-fat diet. I've limited myself to 10 or fewer grams of saturated fat a day as opposed to the recommended 20, which normally gets me in the realm of 30 or less grams of other kinds of fat as well (30.73,25.16, 11.5, and 31.55 over the past few days just to give you the idea).
What I think has helped me more has been my exercise plan. I do an equal amount of cardio and strength training, which I know has increased my metabolism. Plus, I can move more and better now - something I am infinitely pleased with!
