Default Ready to lose! and make friends! and go to the gym!

Hi all,
My name's Liv and I'm 20 years old and enjoying (for the most part) college life! I started dieting when I was 11 years old and it has been a struggle, frustration, and burden since. The heaviest I have been was last summer, at 252.6. I attended the young adult program at Camp Shane and lost 16 pounds. Since, I've gained around 10 back. My dad's side of the family has diabetes, so I need to lose that weight!!!! I am going abroad to Italy next year and I refuse to be in the 200's. I want to lose 42 pounds by August!!! And something really random? I'm obsessed with the 90's cartoon Sailor Moon. Haha, I never grew up.

My goal all together is to be 135 pounds. And I WILL get there! I'm also gluten free, so anyone who is gluten intolerant I UNDERSTAND.

Hope to meet friends who will be great support and encouragement! And maybe exchange tips and things that have worked for you :) Yay!

Welcome. I hope you can get as much support as you can. A diet buddy or workout partner on campus may help you stay on track. Maybe health services at your college offers free counseling. Having someone to help you stick to goals may be helpful too.
