Hello Everyone,
I am 52 years old and have done some sort of weight dance for most of my life. I am basically trying to cut down on the amount of food/calories that I consume. I have tried Weight Watchers in the past but right now do not have the money to go to meetings. I do have some of the point books etc and will be referring to them also. Maybe I can find some good recipes here.
