ok, i know its called 3fcwlc and iam a guy but i was researching the IP online and found this forum. iam interested in the IP diet and here iam.

i hope to get the info on a clinic near me, just awaiting a return email. in the mean time i am getting motivated on weight loss reading the sucess with IP. i did weight watchers for 2 years with a loss of 60lbs but i fell off the wagon and gained 30back.
