Hello everyone. I have been overweight since my early teens and have been miserable about it for a long time until last last year where I had dramatic weightloss and everyone was shocked. I started reading about nutrition and exercising.
I do not know how much weight I lost I have been told it looks like about a hundred pounds. I got off it a bit this winter, but now I am back on it. It's kind of difficult because I am from an overweight southern family and most of them do not know anything about health or nutrition and I have to deal with hearing a lot of misinformation.
