Hi!

I'm 22 years old and a single mom. I was in a bad relationship and unfortunately gained close to 30lbs really quickly at the end of it, right before I got pregnant! On top of that, I gained baby weight and I have been in university (and completed it!) while being a single mom and have eaten my stress away! I am currently 50lbs lighter than when I was 9 months pregnant but that has not been due to my diet, I think it just came off naturally. I started dieting this past week and cut my calorie intake from about 2600-2800 calories a day (I'm estimating) to 1500 a day! I have lost 5lbs this week and am aiming to lose about 45 more!

I hope to join you all! I was looking through some before and after pictures and you all are AMAZING!!

Welcome! I know what its like to gain weight from pregnancy and stress afterwards. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep up the good work and you can join in the groups in the 20 somethings forum if you like! GOOD LUCK
