I am so inspired by the pictures I've seen on this site! I'm excited to get committed to weight loss and track my progress here.
I'm a mom of 2 and 5 year old girls. I want to be a wonderful example to them of healthy eating and living.
I'm trying to improve my eating through WW, Eat to Live and Food Rules. I want to stick to the more natural, less processed stuff. I need to lose about 50lbs (how it ever got that high I don't know)! I have some vacations up and coming that motivate me, but health is the biggest of all. Of course I say all of this and then still like to eat popcorn while watching biggest loser!
I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat eggs. I have tried low carb before which dropped weight really quick, but being veggie w/out eggs it was pretty tough. I also need to cut out/reduce soda and wine!!!!! Oh but it helps me stay sane!
