Hi Everyone,
My name is Tara. I just started medifast last week. I have been dieting for a bit over three weeks and I also go to the gym 4x a week. I started the gym before I started medifast so I am just going to keep going.
I am a mom and have a job that keeps me sedentary. I have always been medium/slim in my life up until 3 years ago. When my kids were younger and not yet in school I was always running around everywhere and had no issues with weight. Now that they are older and in school and my job consists of way too much time in front of the computer (snaking oy!), I am overweight and out of shape. My blood pressure is borderline hypertension and I am hoping that losing some weight and exercising will help with that.
I am very motivated but also scared that I won't succeed. I really want this! I am hoping to stay motivated.
