I am new to 3FC but not new to being chubby. I have done weight watchers, that worked but, blimey o'reilly was I bored of counting points. Most of the weight I lost thru WW has crept back on. I looked at Lighter life and thought " no thanks, too expensive". So I am now waiting for Paul McKenna to drop thru my letterbox to give me some help. Well not him in person but his book

I have sat down and thought about what my problems with food are and basically I am a pig who eats too much and too quickly. I eat when I am bored, I eat subconciously and I eat when I am on the computer or watching telly. All of my teeth are sweet and I am addicted to cheese. I was always made to clear my plate when I was a kid and those habits have remained with me.
