Default I'm New... Sort of, well not really

Hi,

I've decided to hop on this website and give it another go. I haven't been here in a while and when I originally joined, I didn't really work at becoming part of the group. I'm a bit shy. But I did lose some weight my first time around on this website. The good news is that I didn't gain any of it back. The bad news is that I haven't lost an ounce more.

I hope I can be supported and that I can help support other people on their journey towards health. I also want to thank the makers of 3FC for making this website available to all of us. It's really a wonderful resource for us all.

Congrats on your success so far and hey, as we all know, not gaining is a major victory and you're back on track to get losing again - the support you need is here - we'll all be here to cheer you on.

Glad to have you with us! There are lots & lots of different groups and forums - I'm sure you'll find some that will keep you motivated and inspired - you'll be a wonderful addition to any of them - don't be shy, just jump right in. Try the weight loss support forums, they're active and very helpful - also the Success stories are a definite must for motivation.

There are bunches of people here with more to lose and some with less - the bottom line is that we all have to do it a day at a time. The good thing is that we'll have lots of company along the way.

I've only been here since last fall, having NEVER been part of an online forum. What has been so eye-opening is how much it has helped me. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or defeated, I just log on and read some of the success stories, complete with their before & after photos - or read about others still dealing day to day with their challenges - and before I know it, the time has flown by and so have all the thoughts of going off track or giving up. It has made all the difference in my success so far.

So welcome back- you're in the right place - join in by inspiring us and being inspired!

Thanks All! I think I'm going to go cruise the recipe threads... Cuz there's no way I can live on salads for the rest of my life. I need nutritional inspiration!

Welcome back! I am so glad you are here! I'm a newbie here so we haven't met before.

Like you, I am trying to learn more about healthy foods to eat.

Congratulations on your previous weight loss and also maintaining that weight loss! That's what I really hope to work on, after losing weight, to learn how to maintain and not gain.

You're going to do great, you will have your best year ever this year, I am sure of it! Here's to all of us here having a healthier 2010!
