Wow. Good for all of you! I have recently started counting WW points. I think its SO important to count what you're eating, whether you're counting calories or WW points. I am already feeling a huge difference. It has definitely made me very aware of what and how much I am consuming. I hope I can loose as much weight as the rest of you! Thanks for the inspiration.

How was your New Years weekend? Mine was pretty rough. I was out with all of my friends, none of whom are dieting, so I wasn't very good about keeping track of my points. But I'm back on the wagon and done with holidays for a while!
