Hi everyone!
My name's Amy, I'm 24, getting married in October (the 24th to be exact) and I LOVE FOOD! Sometimes a little too much, but I'm making a pact with myself, and also, secretly without my fiance's knowledge, between me and my nephew that I'm going to learn how to love food but just in a healthier way.
I lost my favorite aunt extremely suddenly when I was in high school due to complications due to her weight. I would like to avoid that (and so would my nephew...well he's only 1 year and 4 months old so I don't know if he completely understands what we've been discussing and plotting but he seems excited about it anyways!)
I've also recently realized that I've heard a lot about not depriving one's self of things...I like that idea, except I've almost always messed up the strictest of diets by thinking, "oh I can have just this one thing....or one chip" and eat the whole bag! (Anyone have suggestions on that please let me know

)
Anyways I look forward to making some new friends and hanging out with you. A LOT of the stories I've been reading on here are VERY inspirational!
