Default Jumping off the shelf and into my LIFE
Hi everyone! Today is the first day of my new beginning. I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines of my OWN life.

Feel your pain! This is all new to me, not weight loss of course, but the 3 fat chicks forum. I do believe that group support takes us so much further in life- hang in there!!

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

I, too, believe that forums are a GREAT boost to the journey. The time I had great success ( before I ruined it ) I was on a forum board ... and to say it helped me GREATLY is putting it mildly.
