From one newb to another, welcome. I wish I could give you some advice, but my doctor recommended me to a weight management center and my dietitian selected my weight loss plan. There is a section called "General Diet Plans and Questions". You can also check another section called "Does It Work?". Both are in listed under "Diet Central". If my ramblings have been uninformative, please forgive me. My blood glucose sometimes makes my head feel all fuzzy.
