Newbie looking for help!
Hi!
I'm very new to this and i have never used a forum before either.
I always used to be very thin however over the past 2yrs i've got into some really bad eating habits and now 98% of my wardrobe no longer fits me - i feel like i've just gained weight over night. My confidence has dropped and i've become quite shy where as I used to be bubbly and never self concious...
I started my atkins diet on Monday with my friend however I have never dieted before and I'm afraid i will fall off the wagon.
Does anyone have any suggestions and tips that may help?
