Hello all, I am here because I am becoming more obese by the day and have finally started to take it a little more seriously. I have recently quit smoking in the past six months (One of the last major factors into why I weigh so much right now...) and found then that a good forum on the bad habits you are trying to kick can be very helpful and supportive, so here I am.
I also have edema in my feet due to varicose veins and some lower back problems over the past few years that I am supposed to lose weight for as well. I am over three hundred pounds and I am about 6'4 in height.
The reason I mention the back and leg thing is that is makes it difficult to do exercise...
I also have been a member of many major forum communities and also contribute content to a major site based off a television show, so I plan on being a good poster and forum member regardless.
Sorry this post is so jumbled, but not quite sure what I am supposed to be imparting here.
