I'm new here.
I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ryanne. I am trying to lose weight for health reasons, hypothyroidism, high bp, high triglycerides and cholesterol, I'm also on Lexapro for anxiety issues. I'm following the dietary recommendations my doc gave me and have dropped 22 lbs. in three months so far. One more pound and I will have dropped 10% of my original body weight. I am here because could just use support to keep going and not give up. My food is fine, but the exercise is where I can't seem to stay motivated at all. At this point, I am just trying to be more active, park car further at grocery, chasing after the four year old, and just not stress about how much I lose when. I am just trying to do each day the best I can and know that will pay off in the long run. I am a vegetarian. I eat fish, poultry and fat free organic dairy and organic eggs. Proteins are antibiotic and hormone free and most of what we eat is organic. We eat healthy foods no "junk". I usually exercise 20-30 minutes a day, but I have to kick my butt to get it done most days. I am waiting for the weather to get cooler, so I don't have to worry about "exercise" and can go out and play with the kids and go to the zoo and stuff like that. I need all the support I can get and am hoping to be able to support others as well. I hope to get to know some of you and have a nice day.
