well, I haven't exactly gotten off of calorie shifting...but, lastnight i ate nachos for dinner..and with everything I ate and drank yesterday my calories equaled up to about 2,000 or a little more....today I went to a family gathering and had burgers and cake..so far today I've had 1,228 cals...I started on wed. here are my calorie counts so far...

so, I'm not sure if I'm on the right track or not..I sure hope so..but, I haven't been hungry..even on my low days I'm not hungry...and I acctually feel too full after the nachos lastnight..and the burgers and cake today...and I refuse to give up even if I have slipped a little..I just start over tomorrow...I'm not really sure exactly what I'm suppose to be eating or when..I am trying this on my own...
my weight right now is 170, I am shooting for 140 by halloween
