Default Hello!
I'm 20 and from Florida. I've been fat since kindergarten. The highest I ever got was 245 my senior year of high school. I did the Cohen's Diet for a while and lost some weight but once I moved back home, I started gaining again. I'm currently 182 pounds and am doing Atkins.
