hi all I just turned 40 a few months ago and now really trying to work at my weight loss have lost 60 pounds so far but need to lose more and on a food plan from Dr that I have to stay on which is hard but also doing a protein / fiber shake after I do my workout seems to keep me full longer which is good. have lots of food allergies like no gluten and no dairy wjhich make it difficult when not at home.

thanks all for the warm welcome and congrats it has been tough few years but think now I got it right just need to stay on track which is easier said then done.. Just one question how to add the weightloss ticker to your post thanks?
