I wish to be smaller.
I wish to be fit.
I wish to be healthy.
But wishing doesn't get us anywhere does it?
So instead of wishing I just need to DO IT!
My quick weight loss bio - I lost 60 lbs. about 3 years ago. At the the time I had 90-100 lbs. to lose. Since then I've more or less maintained, I don't really know why I stopped losing, I guess I just got complacent. But now I'm ready to lose the final 40 lbs. I'm so tired of being the way I am, I'm tired of my size, I'm tired of my jiggle, I'm tired of being tired! My plan is generally like it was when I lost the first chunk of weight - eat healthy whole foods, keep calories in check (around 1500 maybe?) and exercise regularly. It's really so simple! I don't really have a time line for my weight loss or an ultimate goal date but maybe I'll make some mini ones along the way.
