I think that was a big factor in my recant failure... I ran away. I was embarrassed and didn't want to admit I was having such a rough time of it so I just bolted. I think that I would have been better off sticking around.

I am not going to be a stranger and I am going to try to stick closer, this time.

If this recent time has taught me anything is that I need support and to give it and that I still have sooo much to learn and so much work to do.

Welcome back! YOU CAN DO IT THIS TIME. It's really just mind over matter. You have to just teach yourself new ways to deal with emotions that aren't knee-jerk reactions of eating (overeating.) But you can do it. No doubt about it!
