Boy, can I relate....I did stop reading for quite some time, something I love to do. Since I've started back on my weight loss adventure, I've started reading again, especially in the evening. It really helps keep my mind off bad food at night. I am 300 lbs and am 47 years old. I tried to use a jump rope at the gym yesterday and almost broke my neck, I think I'll stick with the treadmill for now...
