Default New and Looking for Tips
HI all I am new here What are your tips to all the weight loss?
My mother is getting married and i need to lose some weight before August 22

Welcome! My tip is to find things that you will stick with for a long time! But that might not be helpful for your short term goal. I started by really paying attention to my portions and bringing all my lunches and snacks to work. Really helped cut out the junk!

Hi!!! I can only recommend what worked for me! I do calorie counting and exercise! Good luck on whatever weight loss plan you choose!
