Introductions are not my forte but I'll do my best.
I've gained once and lost; and now have gained again.

I've only had weight issues as an adult but was raised in a family that had members who had weight loss problems from adolescence. My issues include what I think is something of an addiction or addictive issues with food. I need to develop my focus again to get back on track. I'm worried about developing health issues.
I'm hoping reading and chatting here will be both helpful and inspirational for my own work in maintaining a more healthy lifestyle and loosing weight.
