I am completely new to threads - I did try a few months ago with the weight watchers site as I was currently on their diet however felt a bit abandoned as was in need of making weight losing friends.
I am 5 ft 8 inches and currently weight 245lbs, ideally I would like to get down to 168 and possibly 154 to take me to my healthy weight range. In the past I have only tried the weight watchers diet and slimming world diet but at the moment I am trying to change my healthy eating habits rather than go on a diet ... I realise that If I eat salad for a year and lose weight to return to eating chocolate cake then it will go back on ....
I put all my weight on after having the injection pill and going through a bad time but now I want to lose it. My main difficulty is my husband - he can eat what he wants and never puts anything on
He is also a very picky eater and like plain food - although he has agreed to try new things!!
Am looking for friends to support me and who i can chat to who are im similar situations ... I aim to be on here at least once a day!! Looking for some exercise challenges too, i do love running and have a dog that needs loads of walking.
