Just joined a few minutes ago.
Glad to be here as I need a little more motivation and could use a supportive community!
I have been doing fair. I have lost 31 pounds

since the end of Jan 09.
I have been doing Low Carb but am switching to a good whole foods plan now. Not sure which plan yet but I am leaning toward Schwarzbein or "You on a Diet" as I have both books and think they are both pretty good plans.
If you have any other suggestions, please share!
I went off low carb two days ago and gained about 4# (it's water as I have been counting calories and know where I am at.)...
I just need to switch gears and get some good meal ideas. I am walking about 2 and 3/4 miles each AM so far.
I will be in here motivating people as well!
I can't wait to get to know everyone.
