Hello I am new to the South Beach Diet and have been on it for two weeks and have not lost a pound Anyone else have this problem I think I was eating too much beef. and I had the lemon ricotta everyday as well as a sugar-free fudgicle Is that allowed? Any other suggestions would be most Welcome!!!!
