I read your blog and really enjoyed it. I really liked your making challenges of eating the way you've decided. I'm also at a place where getting thin and healthy is the prize. It's not a sacrifice to eat healthy and get physically active. My problem has been the lack of results. This new post-menopause body doesn't respond the same way the pre-meno body did. And, WOW

your first week has been so successful! It's gotta feel great to see results!!
I've made the beginning of my blog public, then some of the emotional issues I know that I need to work through, private. I'll find a balance. I really do want to make partnerships, find get thin buddies.
