thanks all! i am logging all i eat. portion and calorie control is what has been working for me. i am an emotional eater.need to keep busy. my problem is i think about eating all the time.i become so obsessed . food controls my world and i don't like that! today was a good day!
Hey Saphire! I am pretty new to this thing, but one idea that really seems to be helping me is don't think about what you are missing out on, thing about all that you will be gaining! (er losing lol!) It's not that you can't have the food, you are simply making awesomely healthy choices!
