Hey it is great to hear from a sister Virginian, and so close. You are so right, this is the usually the point where I would give up too. But you got it right, we will not give up this time, we will stay on this road until we reach our goals and we will reach them. We will find the thin within, and we will be healthy and lookin' good at the same time. I now know that you are here, I will definitly stay in touch.

Jenni, just looked at your start date and you are doing great!! Keep it up.

HEY yall Norfolk here! LOL! I am losing slowly but surely! I started Dec 1 and so far I have lost almost 50lbs. I am close! I am working out almost every day at the Downtown YMCA

I am going to Weight Watchers in Portsmouth with my friend and I am counting calories and also taking Alli so I am covering ALL my bets! LOL!

So far it is working!

There are quite a few people here from Hampton Roads or Tidewater Area whatever they are calling this area now, I have even heard 7 Cities!

Wasn't the weather fantastic today? I love our area!

Yes today's weather was beautiful and is supposed to be nice tomorrow. So now we've got Norfolk in the house too. This is great. My DD co-worker and friend lives on that side and she and my daughter are doing this losing weight together to. I wish I could excerise as much as them, but I have to start out slow, other health issues going on, but hey I will be up to walking 1/2 mile four times a week or maybe three until I can get up to one mile 3 times a week. My DD goes to the Y also. I am so proud of all of you, and Flatiron you are kickin'butt. You go girl. I weigh in tomorrow and I will keep you lively, lovely ladies posted. I want so badly to reach that 30 lb mark. Give a shout tomorrow.

Okay ladies,
I am back from my WW meeting and TADAAAAAAAAA!!!! I lost 1.6 pounds. I finally after three weeks lost some weight. Watch out, one more pound and it is goodbye to the 330's. PTL Okay gotta go and do my happy dance
