Hello! I'm so glad to find a group with so much great information. I am a stay at home mom from Nebraska. I have been on Paxil for the past 2 years for depression and over that time I've packed on a good 50 lbs! I decided that it's time to do something about it. The weather's finally looking to get nicer here and I'm looking forward to getting out and walking.
I've never been a good "dieter" so any help and advice would be welcomed! Can't wait to get to know you all.
