Hi Amy,
I am new here as well. It was thought for years that I had fibro. The last several years the docs thought it was some form of arthritis. Six months ago I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. I finally am on some meds that help and have started on this weightloss journey.

There are days that I am too stiff to exercise, but I try my best. I used to think that the little efforts were not enough to make a difference, so I didn't try. I now try and look at things from the perspective that every little bit helps and if I can only exercise for 10 min, that is 10 to the good!
