Default Half way there...

and would like someone to chat with to keep me motivated and on track. I've been doing Weight Watchers since June 2008. I've been able to lose 33.8lbs which I'm very proud of. I would like lose another 28lbs and it would be cool if someone was on the same boat as me and we could motivate each to hit our goals. You don't have to be on Weight Watchers. It would be cool to see what other people are doing.

I'm new here too. Doing extreme fat smash diet for 3 weeks but then will be switching back over to Weight Watchers. Hope to offer eachother some support!

I love Weight Watchers. I can't remember ever being able to stick to any diet and Weight Watchers makes it so easy. Good luck!

hi hi and congrats on losing 30+ lbs! thats amazing! I really don't have a specific diet I stick to...i plan all my meals and especially consider the sodium intake since i have high blood pressure. I only try to balance everything out. welcome!
