Yehey! >33 Anyway, like what the title indicated, yes I am here for a change. Lol sounds like some Obama slogan....*winks* But let me introduce myself first..

I'm Chloe, a 24 year-old Filipina who currently resides in Illinois. I'm a nurse's aide for almost 2 months now so yeah I have my workout as well woohoo!

I've been overweight almost all my life and ever since I hit the obese mark, I was so disappointed at myself but I never did anything to change it. My family history is not-so-good as well since my parents both have diabetes and my dad recently had a bypass surgery last year that scared me so much. With me, I learned I have hypertension just months ago... yikes So I finally decided to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.

Last October 2008 was the start...a start of a lifelong change. I had a pretty good plan...every week I had mini-goals to accomplish (like exercise for 20 mins, no sodas) and my laptop's desktop was a picture of myself....YEAH THAT MADE ME GO WORKOUT BADLY lol From all those hardwork, I lost my first 20 lbs...by the way my starting weight was 205.5 lbs

But the holidays blues hit me. Halloween, because of my sweet tooth, ate a lot of my niece's candies for that week Then Thanksgiving...then Christmas...then all of my sudden, my one weekend cheat day because a week-long cheat day hahahaha! My weight started to creep up a little but eventually lost it.

Now I'm at 183 lbs since Monday (1.26.2009) and have started again with my food planning and all. But no exercise yet except what I do at work LOL. and YES...I need a lot of encouragement and support from everyone and buddies as well...if anyone chats in MSN... ^^ can we be friends?

Hopefully I will finally reach my weight goal through positive feedbacks and encouragement from everyone.

There are lots of forums to investigate...by age range (like the 20-somethings, for those in that range), amount to lose, eating plan, etc...so look around, find a spot, and settle in.

Can't wait to get to know you better!
