I think intuitive eating is a really good plan. Sounds like you are on the right track! And I agree, eating shouldn't be about guilt or feeling bad about what you put in your mouth.
Looks like you are right on target in that you are at a really healthy weight right now.
Are you really aiming for an 18.6 BMI?
Rather than concentrate on weight loss, how about concentrating on healthy eating and fitness goals?
Eating healthy foods can make a big difference in your appearance. I think combining healthy eating and intuitive eating is a winning combination.

I have found that - although my weight hasn't changed in 7 months, my body sure has! Weight training, cardio, pilates, yoga - have all done an incredible job reshaping my body.
