Fat chick from thunder bay - I'm new !

  • Hi, I picked up the 3 fat chicks on a diet book the other day, and it's AMAZING !

    I'm loving it. I kept seeing the website, so I decided to check it out.
    I'm hoping to get support =]

    I've been battling with my weight on and off for 5 years, I'm 19 years old now, and serious about it this time.

    I don't really have a diet I'm on.. i don't *really* restrict myself too much, although I don't eat when I'm bored or go for seconds, I'm trying to teach myself moderation and I admit it's difficult !!!

    I go to the gym regularily and people have noticed a difference, but I don't seem too.. and I'm too scared to weigh myself !!!

    Anyways, just introducing myself.

  • I just read the book too. It's was good.
    I'm not on any "diet" either. I have been eating every three hours and so far I have lost 15 pounds since Jan 1, 2009.

  • Wow, I didn't know there was a book!! Welcome! It's the best feeling when others notice a difference~definite motivation and confidence booster!! My coworker told me she noticed yesterday and I was soo excited, lol!
