I was told about this website from a friend of mine a few days ago, since then i have been lurking and decided today to join ! you all seem very supportive
here is some history on myself weight wise anyways lol
I was a little pudgy as a child , food was a source of comfort for me in times of need ( family stresses ) as a young teen i was VERY underweight as food was a rareity................. i got pregnant at 16 and have been fighting the bulge ever since .I have 3 kids now ages 9 6 and 3 . i never really thought about weight loss between pregnancys .After my 3rd and final child was born I joined weight watchers quit , joined quit joined ouit. I joined the final time in jan 07 and lost 45 lbs , i was really happy with that . I have since gained a good chunk of that back and am really dissaponted in myself. what i have learned from that is that i really need to make exercise a priority , the food seemed to be the easy part !!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO here I am looking for support and encourgement to fianlly lose this weight and finally make myself a priority
