Hi there!
I'm new to this board, just started the Fat Smash diet (day three of first phase.) I have about sixty pounds to lose, and haven't been able to stick to a diet since Phen Phen.
I used to keep my weight down by running, doing karate, and lifting weights but I hurt my back five years ago and have found it pretty difficult to exercise.
I found this site while looking for reviews of Fat Smash, great site!
