Default Hi there!

I'm new to this board, just started the Fat Smash diet (day three of first phase.) I have about sixty pounds to lose, and haven't been able to stick to a diet since Phen Phen.

I used to keep my weight down by running, doing karate, and lifting weights but I hurt my back five years ago and have found it pretty difficult to exercise.

I found this site while looking for reviews of Fat Smash, great site!

Hi Myrna,

I'm also new here and I, too, have about sixty pounds to lose.

I've never really been very active, but lately my foot hurts a lot, which makes it impossible for me to jog or do any other form of exercise.

I wish you all the best in your effort.

Hey Myrna -

We have a Fat Smash forum - check it out if you haven't already. We also have groups by age range. You might also consider checking out our "Dieting with Obstacles" area to discuss the issues associated with your back pain.

So look around, find a spot, settle in, and keep going. Can't wait to get to know you better!

Thanks everyone...I have been lurking in the fatsmash subforum, and have found quite a few good recipes which have really helped me this week. Day six, and I didn't cheat at all! Woo Hoo!
